Budget & Earnings: Due to the high cost of international travel and specialized wellness services (flights, eco-lodge booking), detailed budgeting is critical. The host is guaranteed a minimum pay of $50 per guest, plus flights, Room, and Board. Effective cost management (e.g., negotiating group rates for local transport or accommodation) directly impacts the host’s ability to earn Supplementary Pay (budget surplus).
Safety Plan: A detailed plan covering high-humidity environment risks, trail safety (slippery surfaces, wildlife), group management during transport, and emergency communication protocols must be submitted before approval.
