What is an Earth Protector?
An Earth Protector is a host, organizer, or educator who leverages their specific knowledge to lead small groups on memorable and/or educational trips. You are the heart of the experience, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring safety and engagement.
We are looking for people who can lead in diverse areas.
Adventure Hosting: Organizing and leading multi-day experiences like retreats, fishing trips, camping excursions (including transport and accommodation), kayaking, or extended hiking adventures.
Outdoor Education: Teaching general outdoors etiquette, ecological conservation, organic farming, foraging, botany, herbology, and sustainable gardening.
Skill Building: Hosting quick and fun classes on first aid, outdoor safety, or survival skills like fishing and hunting.
Whether you're hosting a short, educational workshop or a multi-day, all-inclusive retreat, you are in control of designing an experience that reflects your true passion.

The Financial Freedom of Passion: Earn More Than Just a Side Income
We believe in rewarding your expertise and smart planning. Our events are designed to be affordable for guests, with ticket prices ranging from $60 (for quick classes) up to $450 (for multi-day retreats) per person, depending on the specifics included.
As an Earth Protector, you are guaranteed a minimum income of $50 per guest. But here is how you can earn more:
Supplementary Pay: The Earth Protector who hosts the experience is rewarded for efficient budgeting. Any excess funds remaining in the trip's budget after all expenses are covered are allocated as supplementary pay directly to you.
Example: If a ticket costs $150, and only $80 is spent on costs (transport, accommodations, etc.), the remaining $70 goes to the host. Since your expected pay is $50 per person, you earn an additional $20 per person as supplement pay!
$150 - $80 = $70 means this host would earn an additional $20 as supplementary pay!
This structure ensures you are directly rewarded for high-quality experiences and smart management, giving you the power to create a reliable side income by simply sharing what you love to do!
Our Simple 3-Step Onboarding Process
We ensure every Earth Protector is ready through our rigorous orientation and field training before you develop your first experience. Our process is clear and concise:
1. Orientation: The Foundation
This 1-2 hour overview ensures you understand the Goco Goes mission, our mandatory safety standards, income structure, and hosting expectations. Most importantly, you learn the core rule: all activities require a minimum 4-week preparation period.
2. Apprentice Phase: Learn by Doing
You will participate in two existing Earth Protector trips as an apprentice. This is your chance to observe a veteran host’s entire workflow: pre-trip logistics, safety checks, group management, and post-trip communication. This hands-on experience ensures you have first-hand experience in the role. You will complete a short debrief after each trip.
3. First Activity Planning: Go Live
Once approved, you'll choose your activity (a hike, a camping trip, a retreat). We work with you to develop a custom and well-rounded itinerary and experience so you don't have to worry about the planning details too much. Upon approval, you’ll execute the required 4-week planning and marketing period to recruit participants and finalize logistics before your activity is officially published!
